What are the requirements for compatible projectors with the Smokeless Range?

What are the requirements for compatible computers with the Smokeless Range?

Can I use a tablet with the simulator?

no

Can I use my Apple computer?

no, Windows computers only

Can I use the Smokeless Range on my TV?

Yes, you can but it is not suggested as you truly lose the ability to incorporate the dynamic movements, etc that most drills require.  A projector is always your best bet with any simulator.

Can I use a red laser with the simulator?

Yes, the simulator camera can recognize both red and IR lasers. Using a red laser can work when using it with non-recoil training. When using recoil, the user has to use an IR laser.  

Can I use my own, other competitor lasers on the simulator?

Yes, you can use any red or IR laser from most other companies on the Smokeless Range, although we are not responsible for their quality.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are outside of the US, please find a dealer in your country. If you are unsure if there is a dealer or there is not one in your area, we can work with you to assist you with placing an order and discussing any international customs issues/concerns.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you decide to return your product to Laser Ammo for a refund or exchange it for a different product, it must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange for an RMA # and further details.
